With the Städter temperature control unit, chocolate can be melted very easily and kept warm effortlessly at a maximum temperature of 60 °C for further processing.
The temperature of the material to be melted is maintained for a long time by the matching lid. The tank has a capacity of 1. 5 litres. The thermostat regulates the temperature continuously, the control lamp lights up as soon as the desired temperature is reached. So you always have the right processing temperature when preparing pralines or decorating pastries. Of course, you can also use the appliance to keep other food warm.
The removable 1/6 GN container (16,5 x 18 x 10 cm) and the matching lid are made of stainless steel and dishwasher safe. Clean the appliance by hand with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
