Riess CLASSIC - Nature Blue Dark - Casserole dish

The casserole dish from Riess is, as the name suggests, suitable for all kinds of casseroles, but also ham noodles and lasagne, and of course also for baking fruit cakes or strudel and much more. It is available in different sizes and colors and is made of robust enamel. The edge of the casserole dish is curved - a flanged edge in enamel language - the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The casserole dish can be used in any oven. But be careful: always use potholders.

The enamel material consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. of natural raw materials.

Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking.

The porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacterial, and also easy to clean. If used properly and cared for correctly, enamel dishes will last for a long time and retain their typical shine.
