The oven pan from Riess is characterized by its particularly high 7 cm edge. Whether it's a casserole, roast or even desserts such as fruit cake or Buchteln, you can easily prepare it in it. The food turns out well in the oven pan and nothing runs over the high edge. The edge is curved - a flanged edge in enamel language - the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge.
The oven pan can be placed in the oven at high heat without any problems, although the use of potholders is highly recommended. In the oven pan, all dishes can also be cut with a knife without any problem (except for glass ceramic knives).
The enamel material consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. of natural raw materials.
In Riess' enamel baking and roasting tins, heat is quickly conducted and perfectly stored thanks to the iron core: for sustainable, energy-saving and all-round even roasting or baking.
The pore-free, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for properly, enamelware will last a long time and retain its typical shine.
