Product information "Birkmann - Springform rectangle Easy Baking"
Give your cakes and tarts a whole new shape with the rectangular springform pan from RBV Birkmann's Easy Baking series - because who says springform pans always have to be round? The high-quality springform pan is 34 x 23.5 cm, 8 cm high and offers enough space for approx. 3000 ml of dough. It has a very good Whitford branded non-stick coating which makes it easy to release the dough from the pan and is also easy to clean. The square springform pan made of carbon steel is particularly stable and has a leak-proof base thanks to the protruding base - this keeps the oven clean. It is heat resistant up to 230 degrees.
