And don't forget the smell when you open the oven door and hold the home-baked bread in your hands. In order for you to succeed in this project, Birkmann thought about it, tested it, tried it out and unanimously approved it - a bread baking pan made of high-quality and specially perforated carbon steel, thus ensuring optimal heat distribution. The fine perforation allows excess moisture to escape during baking. A good non-stick coating was also thought of so that your bread easily slides out of the pan after baking. These molds come in 3 different sizes. In 20 cm, as a mini version for small households or small appetites, in 25 cm and in 30 cm as an XL version.
